A VP-HR for 30-years in the hotel industry with The Peninsula Group, IHG, Ritz-Carlton, and Marriott. Last looking after 160 hotels in MEA across multiple jurisdictions. He is now based in the USA.
He's passionate about, and inspired by creating and delivering best practice HR knowledge, programs and processes that wow his clients.

A British Citizen born in Jersey in the UK Channel Islands, she has lived and worked in the UK, and the Caribbean extensively and is very accustomed to local hotel needs and worked on projects in America.
A hospitality industry specialist, in HR, Learning & Development spanning 30 + years with Le Meridien, Marriott International UK and St. Kitts, and over six-years in luxury resorts in the Caribbean: St. Kitts, Curacao & Grenada where she lives.
Developing people, driving standards, and creating bespoke training program solutions, and inspiring others to reach their potential is her passion. Now a certified Life Coach.

An Egyptian who has worked in virtually every country in the Middle East & North Africa in his regional Director, roles, based in Cairo. A hospitality industry specialist in Learning & Development with 20 + years of experience in large organizations, having worked for The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott Internationals 160 hotels in MEA. He's inspired by developing talent career growth, tLearning & Development delivery and program development.
Sherif Halim Azmy
Partner - Middle East & Africa
Based north of Washington DC and Cairo, Egypt, an American green Card Holder and Citizen of Egypt. Educated at the University in Cairo with a BSc., at the American University, Cairo in HR & Administration, and Cornell University in the USA in finance and strategic engagement – a 40-year hotel professional.
As Area Director Human Resources, Middle East & Africa for nearly 15-years, he oversaw all aspects of HR at 160 hotels. He conducted work across the region (including leading openings for Ritz-Carlton and Marriott brands, UAE to Saudi Arabia).
He joined Marriott & Ritz-Carlton Hotels in 2002, until 2019, his last 2-years at Marriott’s HQ in Washington DC heading Compensation & Benefits for the Middle East & Africa region.
He is a specialist in HR Strategy, Regional Leadership, Opening HR Planning, Comp & Bens, Talent Assessment, Employee Reactions, and HR Systems & Processes. – whose skills are globally applied by MGC.
Partner - Asia Pacific
A Singaporean who has also lived and worked in Hong Kong, Australia, Pakistan, and Dubai; traveling extensively for work in SE Asia.
An HR., Learning & Development leader with 30 + years with Global & Regional Hotel companies. Area DHR Marriott Asia Pacific; DHR of a 1,000# 5-star JW Marriott; HR., the Luxury Singapore Fullerton. She now lives in Singapore.
She's inspired by aligning HR., delivery to business goals and developing each employee to their max potential.

A British Citizen and elite General Manager with expertise in developing for us, bespoke service excellence programs, and standards of operating procedures for our clients.
Theresa is a 35-year professional and has done 25 openings globally, turned around flagging businesses, and operated some of the most iconic luxury properties such as on London's Park Lane. She is known for her astute business acumen and being passionate about F&B and Rooms excellence.
Bestowed the rare honor by the City of London with the Freedom of the City, she is a committee member of the Reunion des Gastronomes, and a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality.
