We focus on one-to-one communications with clients and candidates and on providing a discreet, quality service on which we have built strong relationships worldwide. We continue to pioneer the fields of bespoke, sensitive executive search and leadership consulting by providing diversified solutions as trusted advisors. No client ever receives a CV or the name of any candidate we are talking to without the candidate’s express permission. Likewise, no client’s name is given to a candidate until we deem them as a genuinely keen candidate for a client’s job opening and who has been shortlisted by us down to the last four candidates for a position we are working on for a client.
In our role, the goal is to be as open and transparent as possible with all parties, as it is about the personal data w collect to provide our services to clients and candidates. We are honest about how that data is used and with whom it is shared. In support of common sense and the desire to keep client and candidate data confidential, we only release data with each party’s permission.
We take every reasonable precaution to protect client and candidate data and do not retain file tracking systems to minimize the risk of such files being accessed. Each desk/laptop stands independent of others in our system for the same reason and has firewall protection.
